Writing the Soul Home Course Details:
Our creative journey will occur twice a month, every other Sunday, beginning April 27th. Meetings will be held over Zoom from 9:30 - 11:30 am.
The course is structured through the practical and spiritual dimensions of the four elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Spirit. Each week, you will be guided by specific writing practices that will help you connect deeply with yourself and fellow participants while exploring how the elements impact your life.
Come for ALL five weeks, or drop in for one session!

In addition to writing exercises, practice, and sharing, we will explore various wisdom teachings centered on Shamanism that help deepen one's connection to Spirit and Self.
Each week, you will be guided through somatic movements aligned with each element to assist in awakening the hidden stories and wisdom within the body.

You will need a journal, pen, and paper, a quiet space for our time together and throughout the weeks when we are apart, and a readiness to dive deep. This course is for any woman-identifying person wishing to deepen their relationship with their inner teacher, creative, and writer.

$222 for eight weeks of sacred exploration. A sliding fee scale is available upon request.
SINGLE sessions are $55.
